Looks like the 2019 Canadian Regional ICORE match will be held on August 17th, at the Chilliwack Fish and Game Protective Association.

We have 6 ranges and we can reset at lunch so a potential for 12 stages although we will prob settle for 10 which will give us a good round count (200+)

We will then hold our Memorial Match (Revolvers only) the next day using a similar set up to minimise work that will be a 6 stage match abt 150 round count.

Which will give a weekend of shooting and maybe make it worthwhile to travel ?

The Regional will of course be held to the ICORE rules and expectations.

The Memorial which we hold every year allows ( despite the revolver only title) semi auto shooters to take part but not for score and there are only two divisions Open and Standard. It is a chance for the local shooter to get together , reconnect and remember old friends we usually get about 75 shooters.

We will keep you updated as we progress

Is anyone planning/considering holding the Canadian Regional Championship this year ?

If they are please contact Nicholas at theshootist@telus.net. If he does not hear anything he'll shall assume that no one has any plans and will explore the possibility of putting this match on at Chilliwack F&G in British Columbia.

If the match were held in BC he'd would be interested to know if any of the Ontario Shooters would be planning on attending
